Troy's Arcade - Bar Top MAME (2010)

    This is my third scratch build and it is a mod I've been wanting to do for some time.  I grew up playing arcade games and when I first started modding computers and learned of MAME I knew that I would someday build my own arcade.  Like all of my other projects this one started out as a fairly simple design sketch.

The design was further refined in Google SketchUp and all measurements were taken from the design and transferred onto sheets of acrylic and lengths of Alum-Angle.

    The finished project took over a year to complete and is shown below.

    And finally an in action shot of my arcade machine.  I plan to build a separate USB trackball/spinner controller sometime in the near future to allow for even more games to be playable.
